Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@kingswayjanitorial.ca or call 604-435-5581. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Because orders are fulfilled through our distribution partner in Montreal, approved returns are sent to the following address:

Once your return is accepted, we'll send you full instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 business days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos of the damage when you reach out.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened consumables such as vacuum bags, filters, belts, and cleaning products
- Custom or special-order items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item before returning it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card to process the refund.
