Shipping Policy

Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed and fulfilled through our distribution partner's warehouse in Montreal, Quebec. In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days of your order being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

For backordered items, we will notify you by email with an estimated availability date and give you the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination within Canada. Because orders ship from Montreal, customers in Western Canada should allow additional transit time.

  • Quebec and Ontario: 2–4 business days
  • Manitoba and Saskatchewan: 3–5 business days
  • Alberta: 4–6 business days
  • British Columbia: 5–8 business days
  • Atlantic Provinces: 3–6 business days
  • Northern Canada (YT, NT, NU): 8–14 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, remote location surcharges, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Oversized or heavy items such as floor machines, auto scrubbers, and central vacuum systems may be subject to additional freight charges — we will contact you before shipping to confirm if this applies to your order.

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Packaging

All orders ship in plain, neutral packaging with no supplier branding.

Delivery Area

We currently ship within Canada only. We do not currently offer shipping to the United States or international destinations.

Out-of-Stock Items

In rare cases where an item sells out between the time of your order and fulfillment, we will contact you promptly to offer a backorder or a full refund.
